Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided at the time of purchase will result in a delay with processing your order. Order Fulfillment Policy:
We fulfill orders during our business operating hours Tuesday  through Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00PM EST. All instock orders will be processed within 48 hours. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients unless we are found in fought of the sitiation.

Hair must not be, chemically treated, installed, or otherwise tempered with in anyway in order to return. Item must been in the same condition in which it was delivered to you..

Should you need to return an item please Please contact us immediately via email at stating the issue and the reason for return there is a 10% restocking fee for all returns please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. Anything outside of this process subjects your item to rejection of return.
